Thoughts:
A very unoriginal take on Interview with a Vampire + The Witcher that somehow captures none of what made either of those books interesting. The worldbuilding is simply not compelling, which is unfortunate because most of the 800+ pages tediously recount ~the lore~ in the wordiest way possible. Each chapter seems to jump around not just in perspective, but from one fan service trope to another. Despite the graphic violence and attempts at profanity, it's mostly just boring. Even trying to power through this on 2x speed as an audiobook it felt like a chore.
